We are looking for a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker for our Fergus Falls office! Where you will serve as an interdisciplinary team member for the provision of adult rehabilitative mental health services, which enable clients to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills, when these abilities are impaired by symptoms of mental illness.

You must be 21 years of age, posses a high school diploma or equivalent, as well has a specific number of training hours must be completed.

Mental Health Practitioner

Solutions is looking for Mental Health Practitioners in our various locations. Mental Health Practitioners will be under the supervision of a Mental Health Professional, provides rehabilitative mental health services that implement the goals and objectives of the individual treatment plan for a child/adult with mental health needs.  These services are designed to meet specific mental health needs of the child/adult and support the family in activities of daily and community living. Services are also designed to improve the social functioning of the child/adult and in areas important to the child/adult’s establishing or maintaining residency in the community.

You must have a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field plus 2,000 hours of experience OR 6,000 hours of supervised experience.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Therapist to work with a general clinic population including children and families. This position works as part of the multi-disciplinary treatment team within Solutions' Outpatient Services and provides assessment and intervention services for children and adults with a wide range of mental health disorders. It conducts diagnostic assessments to determine mental health conditions and service needs. It provides evidence-based mental health treatment within the parameters of documented training and supervised work experience and internal or external referrals as needed.
