Solutions regularly sees and offers support to individuals with a wide array of backgrounds, ages, and mental health issues. We have licensed therapists that specialize in a wide variety of services.

Evaluations

Solutions provides psychological evaluations for a variety of clinical reasons, including diagnostic clarification, determination of personality issues, intellectual status, and learning styles or disabilities.

Psychiatry

Psychiatric services are provided by licensed psychiatrists, and include assessment and medication monitoring.

 

Therapy

Licensed clinicians provide a full array of therapeutic services for individuals and families, which incorporate evidenced-based strategies into the treatment approaches. Individual treatment plans are established in the session with the client and outlined in the client's goals for chance. In sessions, the client learns tools to cope with and better manage life problems.

  • DBT is a comprehensive, evidence-based intervention for individuals having difficulty with emotional regulation and anger management. Program elements include group psychoeducation, individual therapy and crisis intervention.

  • Relationship counseling is available for couples in order to help them identify, address and resolve unhealthy dynamics or behavioral patterns that result in relationship strain.

  • Solutions provides EAP services for many companies, both local and national. Most EAPs allow 3-5 sessions for brief counseling, consultation, and referral services. If additional sessions are required, these are often available through the individual's health insurance.

  • Solutions has several trained and experienced clinicians who provide debriefing services following a critical incident/trauma in or affection the work place. Solutions' staff go to the work site to assist affected individuals through both group and individual support.
