The Alexandria clinic is located on 2145 Nokomis Street. Located just down the street from our previous clinic in American National Bank. From Interstate 94, take Exit 103 for MN-29 toward Alexandria and Glenwood. Turn north onto MN-29 North (also known as South Broadway Street) and continue for about 2.5 miles. Then, turn right onto 3rd Avenue East, which becomes Nokomis Street. Continue straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach your destination on the right.
