This position manages the Community Services program staff working with Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS), Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS). Position oversees staff scheduling in order to ensure proper utilization, and assists in the coordination of new referrals. Position maintains a working knowledge of program requirements. Position tracks and manages staff productivity requirements and oversees all Community Services programming.

Behavior Modification Specialist

Fargo and Breckenridge are looking to add Behavior Modification Specialists to their team! This position works in our of Solutions' Fargo and Breckenridge offices under the clinical supervision of a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst/BCBA as part of the team providing Mental Health Rehabilitation services. This is a position which requires solid behavioral intervention skills. Services are provided in the office and in various community settings, including homes and schools. These are culturally competent services for adults and children who are Medicaid recipients and who are at risk of entering a mental health or hospital facility. Services are designed to restore functioning and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills.
