The Position: We’re looking for a Community Services Supervisor in our Moorhead office. Starting pay is $40,000, depending on education and experience. **This position is primarily School Based**

Requirements:
Must have a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, child development and Supervised by Licensed Clinical Psychologist OR a Bachelor’s degree in one of the above fields and two years of work experience in the respective discipline.
Must have 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to persons with mental illness.
Must have leadership skills and supervisory experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee staff scheduling to cover program needs.
Provide staff supervision, including completing annual performance reviews.
Coordinate referrals and service initiation.
Ensure staff documentation follows program standards.
Maintain and track utilization of on-call system.
Provide agency representation at community mental health coordination / planning meetings.
Maintain a client caseload / direct services at a level assigned.
Ensure compliance and timeliness of notes a chart updates.
Submit weekly billing reports.
Represent the agency in a positive light by being respectful toward clients and co-workers.
Perform in an ethical manner and maintain professional boundaries.
The Location: Solutions is based in Moorhead, MN. We also have offices in Fargo, Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Alexandria and St. Cloud. We are hiring for a Community Services Supervisor at our Fargo office.
