The Position: We’re looking for Behavior Interventionists. The pay range we’re offering is $13.00-$22.96, depending on education and experience.

Requirements:
Working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Willing to maintain flexible schedule to meet client needs.
Have a desire to work in home and community settings with children exhibiting behavior problems.
Ability to manage emotionally-charged situations.
We offer 4 levels of Interventionist roles depending on education and experience level, ranging from being enrolled in a Bachelor’s program to having a Master’s degree.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in development and carrying out of treatment plan.
Conduct one-on-one sessions utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis.
Complete client chart notes daily.
Keep client files in compliance with related standards. Abide by the treatment plan, releases of information, and HIPAA rules and regulations.
Represent the agency in a positive light by being respectful toward clients and co-workers.
Perform in an ethical manner and maintain professional boundaries.
The Location: Solutions is based in Moorhead, MN. We also have offices in Fargo, Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Alexandria and St. Cloud. We are hiring for Behavior Interventionists at our Moorhead, Fergus Falls, Alexandria, Detroit Lakes and St. Cloud offices.
