The Position: We’re looking for Behavioral Health Technicians. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour.

Requirements:
Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Have good time management skills.
Ability to manage emotionally-charged situations.
Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, overnights and rotating weekends.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a reliable car and valid car insurance.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavioral programs outlined in the treatment plan.
Plan cares and activities with clients including; cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, community involvement, communication skills and adaptive behavior.
Serve as a mentor, coach and positive role model to the client.
Ensure the safety and well-being of the client at all times.
Complete documentation in accordance with company standards.
Perform in an ethical manner and maintain professional boundaries.
Provide physical intervention with clients when necessary.
The Location: Solutions is based in Moorhead, MN. We also have offices in Fargo, Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Alexandria and St. Cloud. We are hiring for Behavioral Health Technicians at our Moorhead office.
