Elizabeth Wagner graduated from Concordia Nebraska University in 2013 with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She went on to complete a dual Master’s program in St. Louis, Missouri, graduating in 2016 with her Master of Social Work from St. Louis University and in 2017 with her Master of Deaconess Studies from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis. Ms. Wagner is licensed in the state of Minnesota as a Licensed Graduate Social Worker and is under clinical supervision to pursue her LICSW. Prior to joining Solutions in 2018, Ms. Wagner worked in a variety of settings, including internships and positions in the medical field, community centers, counseling centers, and churches. She has experience in hospice work, crisis intervention, disadvantaged youth programs, program development, and volunteer recruitment. Currently, she works with both children and adults in both outpatient and community services settings. She specializes in working with persons with anxiety, depression, history of trauma, PTSD, Autism, ADHD, and developmental issues. She provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), a specialized and evidence-based therapy for the treatment of trauma.

Ms. Wagner is excited to work with people and enjoys walking along with them in their struggles, as well as watching them grow as a person throughout the journey. She enjoys assisting clients in finding their own personal strengths, building skills that lead to success, and integrating a holistic approach to counseling. In her free time, she enjoys music, reading, learning new skills, knitting, and participating in her faith community. She enjoys spending time in the beauty that is Minnesota by walking her dog, water sports, and cross-country skiing.
