AIM IBI Supervisor

Taylor Pokrzywinksi is currently a supervisor in our Moorhead AIM Clinic. Before she started at Solutions, she worked in Assisted Living 13 years and managed for 8 years. She is a CNA/CMAI1.

Taylor is a people person and loves the feeling of helping with clients with day to day activities. She loves working closely with staff to ensure they are receiving the best care possible. The most meaningful part of her job is seeing the progress of the clients and watching them hit milestones that they have been aiming for.

In Taylor’s work, the values she prioritizes are communication, organization, and always having a positive outlook with everything thrown her way!
