Taylor Hill, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Taylor Hill earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Minot State University and completed his Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He completed his practicum at BGF Performance Systems in Chicago, where he worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) prior to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Before joining Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals, Mr. Hill worked as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Pride Inc. in Bismarck, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community settings. He then served as an RBT and later a BCBA at BGF Performance Systems, followed by a BCBA position at the Anne Carlsen Center in Bismarck, providing services across North Dakota including Minot, Jamestown, and Belcourt.
Mr. Hill is a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Dakota and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. His areas of expertise include toilet training, parent training, school consultation, BCBA supervision, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the application of Relational Frame Theory. He is also ADOS trained.
He has received training in a wide range of evidence-based practices, including Antecedent-Based Interventions, Discrete Trial Training, Functional Communication Training, Naturalistic Teaching, Social Skills Training, Task Analysis, and Visual Supports.
Mr. Hill is a member of both ND ABA and MN ABA and serves as a Member at Large on the North Dakota Association for Behavior Analysis (ND ABA) Board.
His favorite population to work with includes children under age five with autism spectrum disorder, particularly in early intervention, where he focuses on developing foundational communication and life skills. Hill finds the most meaning in helping clients gain skills that allow them to better engage with their environment and in teaching parents strategies that make daily life easier and more connected.
He values continuous learning, creativity, curiosity, and—above all—compassion for the individuals and families he supports.
Originally from Bismarck, Mr. Hill lives with his wife, Stephanie, and their three children. He enjoys traveling, reading, and playing and listening to music.
