Swarada Pathak, Psychology Intern

Swarada Pathak is a doctoral psychology intern at Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals, completing her training as part of her doctoral program in Clinical Psychology at Alliant International University. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan and has a special interest in working with neurodevelopmental population struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, identity development etc.

Swarada strives to create a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their concerns and work toward their goals. Her clinical approach is grounded in Trauma focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic theory, and person-centered care, and she tailors interventions to meet each client’s unique needs.

In addition to her clinical work, Swarada has received training in psychological and diagnostic assessment, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practices. She is committed to providing affirming care that respects each person’s cultural, social, and individual identity.

Outside of work, Swarada enjoys reading fictional books, baking and hiking. She aspires to be a plant mom.
