Stephanie Gooding, M.S., BCBA, LBA (MN)

Stephanie Gooding is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Minnesota. Originally from Austria, Gooding is bilingual, with German as her first language, bringing a unique cultural perspective to her work supporting children and families.

Mrs. Gooding began her academic journey in 2016 at the Paris-Lodron University of Salzburg in Austria, initially pursuing a degree in teaching. She transferred to North Dakota State University in 2018, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science with a focus on Child and Adolescent Development and a minor in Psychology (2022). She completed her Master of Science in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of North Dakota in 2024.

Before joining Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals, Mrs. Gooding worked in a preschool setting. She started at Solutions as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she also completed her supervision hours for BCBA certification. Currently, she works as a BCBA across multiple environments, including clinic-based, school, and home settings.

Mrs. Gooding’s professional passion lies in working with young children, with a strong commitment to client-centered care. She prioritizes tailoring interventions to each child’s unique needs and finds the most meaningful part of her work to be helping clients successfully transition into school and supporting families as they work toward shared goals. She is dedicated to providing culturally responsive services, ensuring families feel respected, valued, and heard.

Outside of her professional work, Mrs. Gooding enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and being with her husband and two dogs.
