ShaShee Yang, MS, Psychology Intern

ShaShee Yang is a doctoral psychology intern, completing his training for his doctoral program in Clinical Psychology at Augsburg University. He has experience working with individuals across the lifespan and has a special interest in working with anxiety, autism, ADHD, and trauma.

He has experience working with immigrant/refugee populations, BIPOC populations, LGBTQIA+, adolescents, and college students. His clinical approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed interventions. In addition to his clinical work, ShaShee has received training in psychological assessment across the life span.

ShaShee is bilingual and speaks Hmong and English. He is passionate about providing accessible and approachable psychological services to populations where mental health services are scarce, limited, and heavily stigmatized. He aims to use a multicultural, person-centered, and collaborative framework to help clients gain insight into their mental well-being.

Outside of work, ShaShee enjoys playing music, playing video games, going on walks, and watching movies.
