Saraya Deibert, Licensed Master Social Worker (ND)
Saraya Diebert received her bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Valley City State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of North Dakota. She completed an internship at Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals’ BUILD clinic in Fargo, where she provided behavioral interventions in both home and clinical settings, conducted diagnostic assessments, and practiced parent management and family therapy.
Saraya is a Licensed Master Social Worker in North Dakota and is currently pursuing her Clinical Social Work license. Before joining Solutions, she worked at a mental health and substance use outpatient organization in Florida, where she provided therapy to pre-trial individuals, facilitated group therapy for substance use, managed cases, and conducted diagnostic assessments. Before returning to Fargo, she worked for two years as a Behavior Modification Specialist at the BUILD (ABA) clinic before transitioning into her current role as a Mental Health Therapist. She also has experience working with individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, as well as the geriatric population.
Saraya is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and she is in the process of becoming certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Her specialties include working with high-needs and highly behavioral children and their families. She has a passion for attachment theory and enjoys helping individuals navigate relationship challenges. Additionally, she specializes in treating anxiety disorders, depression, mood disturbances, and trauma-related disorders.
Saraya volunteers annually at the Out of the Darkness Walk. She finds her work meaningful because it allows her to make a difference each day, build connections, create a safe space, and witness the growth her clients experience in their lives and mental health. She values integrity, communication, and transparency and is committed to using a person-centered, individualized approach with each client who walks into her office.
