Sara Adams, MS, BCBA, Alexandria MN AIM
Sara Adams earned her Master of Science degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Dakota in December 2018. She completed her supervised fieldwork within Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals and has remained with the organization as a dedicated clinician. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Minnesota.
Prior to her graduate studies, Sara worked as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and as a SILS (Semi-Independent Living Services) provider, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in increasing their independence in daily living.
Her clinical specialties include Applied Behavior Analysis and toilet training. She enjoys working with children with autism as well as adults with developmental differences. Ms. Adams is deeply committed to creating meaningful change in her clients’ lives—whether through skill development, reducing vulnerabilities, or increasing access to opportunities in school, home, and community environments.
Sara values family, integrity, and autonomy. Her approach centers on fostering strong caregiver relationships, encouraging play-based interactions, and helping individuals build a repertoire of meaningful, functional behaviors that support greater independence across all areas of life.
