Kimberly Johnson, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Kimberly Johnson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Minnesota. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from South Dakota State University in 2021 and completed her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2023.
Mrs. Johnson has been trained in a variety of evidence-based practices, including Behavior Skills Training for Families (BSF) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her professional focus centers on providing EIDBI services to young children on the autism spectrum and supporting their families through education and intervention.
Mrs. Johnson especially enjoys working with children between the ages of two and seven who have neurodevelopmental disorders. She finds great meaning in witnessing the progress and growth of her clients, as well as seeing families gain confidence and success through the implementation of evidence-based strategies.
At the heart of Mrs. Johnson’s work are strong values: she prioritizes building trusting, collaborative relationships with both clients and families and is deeply committed to making meaningful, positive changes in their lives.
