Kennedy Arnold, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Kennedy Arnold earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bemidji State University in May 2022 and completed her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism from Ball State University in 2025. She received supervision through Solutions and is a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Kennedy brings experience from working in a group home setting with adults with special needs for a year and a half before transitioning to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. She currently provides EIDBI services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through Solutions Behavioral Healthcare.

Kennedy finds the most meaningful aspect of her work to be witnessing the small, yet significant changes that make a major difference in a family’s life. What may seem like a small step to others can be life-changing for the families she supports, and seeing children gain independence and participate more fully in their communities is incredibly rewarding.

She values honesty, empathy, compassion, and understanding in her practice and strives to create a supportive environment for both clients and families.
