Karlee Wold, M.S., BCBA, LBA (MN)
Karlee Wold earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work (B.S.S.W.) from the University of North Dakota in 2020, followed by a Master of Science in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the same institution in 2022. She completed her undergraduate internship at the Fargo office of Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals under Carolyn Meske from January to May 2020. Afterward, she gained experience at AIM before returning to Solutions.
Ms. Wold is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Minnesota. Her areas of expertise include supporting children with autism, particularly those who engage in challenging behaviors such as aggression or self-injury. She is passionate about using compassionate, evidence-based strategies to help these individuals build communication skills, emotional regulation, and independence while improving their overall quality of life.
Ms. Wold enjoys working with boys aged 6–15 who display challenging behaviors. She finds deep fulfillment in helping clients reach meaningful milestones—whether it’s speaking a first word, completing a successful transition, or mastering a new life skill. She is especially driven to help children find their voice through verbal speech, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), or other methods that suit their individual needs. In addition to her clinical work, she enjoys supervising trainees and watching them grow into skilled and empathetic professionals.
Ms. Wold values compassion, collaboration, and respect. She is committed to promoting dignity, autonomy, and individualized care for every client, ensuring their goals align with what truly matters to them and their families. She is a strong advocate for equitable access to quality services—believing that all behavior is a form of communication and that it is the clinician’s responsibility to listen and respond with understanding.
Outside of her clinical role, Ms. Wold is a Hi Rasmus Ambassador and enjoys helping others leverage the platform to improve team communication, support data-informed decisions, and stay organized in clinical practice. She believes thoughtfully integrated technology plays a key role in enhancing client care and team collaboration.
