JoLynn Lentz, M.A., BCBA, LBA

JoLynn Lentz received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Valley City State University in 2017. She earned her Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Dakota in 2021.

Mrs. Lentz is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in both North Dakota and Minnesota. She completed her ABA fieldwork with Solutions from May 2020 to July 2021 before transitioning into her current role. Prior to joining Solutions, she gained valuable experience working at the North Dakota State Hospital, the YWCA Women’s Shelter, Prairie St. John’s, and Community Medical Services.

Mrs. Lentz has specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist, and has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. While she has worked with clients of all ages, she has the most experience supporting children experiencing mental health symptoms and has a particular interest in working with clients in correctional settings.

She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Psychological Association (APA), Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), North Dakota Association for Behavior Analysis (ND ABA), and Minnesota Association for Behavior Analysis (MN ABA). Outside of her professional work, Mrs. Lentz enjoys hosting meditation sessions at Yuj Yoga and spending time with her three dogs and cat.

Mrs. Lentz values client-centered care, focusing on the whole individual through coordination and consistency across settings. She finds the most meaningful aspect of her work to be helping clients and their teams experience new possibilities they once thought were out of reach.
