Jessica French, M.A., BCBA, LBA (ND)
Jessica French received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Minnesota State University Moorhead in December 2022. She went on to earn her Master of Arts in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University in June 2024.
Ms. French is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of North Dakota. During her undergraduate studies, she completed an internship at Sanford Neuropsychology. She fulfilled her BCBA supervision hours with Solutions’ BUILD program, where she worked as a Behavior Modification Specialist and Registered Behavior Technician before transitioning into her current BCBA position with the program.
Before joining Solutions, Ms. French gained a range of experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers at Dakota Montessori; serving as a Registered Behavior Technician and Program Manager at the North Dakota Autism Center; and working as a District Lead Behavior Technician with West Fargo Public Schools. She is trained in evidence-based practices such as Skills-Based Treatment and AIM (Accept, Identify, Move).
Ms. French specializes in working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, and individuals receiving behavior support services through North Dakota Rehabilitation programs. She has a particular passion for supporting clients who display intense behaviors and benefit from individualized, trauma-informed care. She thrives on connecting deeply with clients who may struggle to engage with the world around them and helping them build meaningful, functional skills to improve their independence and quality of life.
Ms. French finds the greatest meaning in her work when she can witness real, measurable growth in her clients and their families—whether it’s through a child developing a new way to communicate, learning to regulate emotions, or overcoming challenges that once seemed impossible. She believes in building trust, fostering strong support systems, and creating programs that truly change life trajectories.
In her practice, Ms. French prioritizes empathy, integrity, collaboration, and trust. She is committed to providing individualized care guided by data-driven decisions, always with a deep respect for client dignity and autonomy. With a strong focus on consistency, communication, and continuous learning, she strives to lead with both heart and science in every aspect of her work.
