Jarrod Erdmann, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Jarrod Erdmann received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from North Dakota State University in 2013. He earned his Master of Science in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from the University of North Dakota in 2019.
Mr. Erdmann is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Minnesota. During his undergraduate studies, he completed an internship at Red River Recovery Center and later conducted supervision for his Behavior Analyst Certification at Solutions’ EIDBI clinic (AIM).
Before becoming a behavior analyst, Mr. Erdmann worked as a direct care professional, mental health practitioner, waivered case manager, and waivered behavior analyst. He has experience treating self-injurious behavior, incontinence, aggressive behaviors, as well as teaching independent living and safety skills. He enjoys working with a wide range of individuals, from ages 3 to 65, across a variety of diagnoses.
Mr. Erdmann finds the greatest fulfillment in his work when he hears the joy in a parent’s voice as they share how their child successfully demonstrated a new skill at home or in the community. His top priority in ABA practice is to walk alongside each child, ensuring they feel supported and engaged. He takes special joy when the children he works with are laughing and enjoying the process of learning alongside him.
Outside of his professional work, Mr. Erdmann enjoys spending time with his family at the lake, golfing, and working on cars.
