Erika Heck, M.S., BCBA, LBA

Erika Heck received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota–Morris in 2015 and earned her Master of Science in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from the University of North Dakota in 2020.

Mrs. Heck is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in both North Dakota (since 2020) and Minnesota (since 2025). She has been with Solutions Behavioral Healthcare for over a decade, holding a variety of roles including CTSS and ARHMS services (2015–2017), Program Coordinator for North Dakota Rehabilitation (2017–2020), and contributor to the North Dakota Crisis Team since 2017. Currently, Mrs. Heck serves as the Clinical Supervisor for Contracts & Special Cases within the BUILD program in West Fargo, ND.

Mrs. Heck has specialized training in Skills Based Treatment, The Self-Match System, and Accept, Identify, Move (AIM). Her expertise focuses on supporting students with mental health diagnoses and intellectual disabilities, especially within school settings, and she has a growing interest in behavioral gerontology.

Mrs. Heck finds great meaning in the challenge of her work and the opportunity to foster skill development and personal growth in her clients. She has a particular passion for working with at-risk youth and expanding her skills into supporting older adults. Known as a collaborative and empathetic clinician, she prioritizes well-rounded treatment, effective communication, and a deep understanding of client needs.

Outside of her professional work, Mrs. Heck enjoys spending time outdoors, completing puzzles, relaxing at the lake, and being with her family.
