Abigail Coyle, M.S., BCBA, LBA (MN)

Abigail Coyle received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Human Relations and Multicultural Education, from St. Cloud State University in August 2020. She earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a specialization in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) from Capella University in June 2024.

Ms. Coyle holds certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since September 2024 and is a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Minnesota, licensed in November 2024. She has training in various evidence-based practices, including Incredible Years, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).

Before joining Solutions, Ms. Coyle worked in various group home settings and provided care coordination through the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS). She specializes in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), leadership development, and Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention services. Ms. Coyle is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS).

Ms. Coyle works primarily with young children, particularly those under the age of 10 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), but she enjoys working with a variety of clients. She finds the greatest satisfaction in supporting and advocating for clients and their families. Her approach is rooted in compassionate, culturally responsive, autonomous, ethical, and service-oriented values, believing that meaningful change begins with respectful and collaborative partnerships.

Outside of her professional work, Ms. Coyle enjoys spending time outdoors—especially in the mountains—as well as reading, baking, being with animals, and connecting with friends and family.
