Saraya Deibert, LMSW

Saraya received her bachelors in Human Services at Valley City State University and her Masters of Social Work at the University of North Dakota. She completed an internship through Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals’ BUILD clinic in Fargo, where she provided behavioral interventions in the home and at the clinic, completed Diagnostic Assessments, and practiced parent management/family therapy within the home.

Saraya is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of North Dakota and she is currently pursing her license in Clinical Social Work. Prior to Solutions, she worked at a mental health and substance abuse outpatient organization in the state of Florida. She provided therapy to pre-trial individuals, group therapy for substance use, case management, and completed diagnostic assessments. Before moving back to Fargo, she started working as a Behavior Modification Specialist at the BUILD (ABA) clinic for two years prior to her current role as a Mental Health Therapist. She also has experience with individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities as well as the Geriatric population.

Saraya Diebert is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and in the process of being certified in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Her specialties include working with high needs and highly behavioral children and their families. She has a passion for attachment theory and enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing relationship problems. Additionally, she enjoy working with anxiety disorders, depression, mood disturbances, and trauma disorders.

She volunteers at the Out of the Darkness Walk each year. She finds her work meaningful because she makes a difference each day, builds connections, creates a safe space, and sees the growth that her client’s experience in their lives and mental health. Saraya values integrity, communication, transparency, and utilizing a person-centered and individualized approach with each client that comes into her office.
