Dr. Hein-Kolo has a general psychological practice. This practice includes assessment and treatment of a variety of mental health needs for adults and adolescents. Dr. Hein-Kolo uses a primarily cognitive-behavioral approach to treat difficulties such as depression and anxiety. She has worked with individuals with traumatic brain injuries, developmental disabilities and anger management issues.

Dr. Hein-Kolo received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth , Minnesota . She earned her Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri in Columbia , Missouri . She was awarded her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology in Minneapolis , Minnesota . She completed her internship at the Federal Medical Center in Rochester Minnesota . Dr. Hein-Kolo is a License Psychologist in Minnesota .
