Licensed clinical social worker
Areas of Practice/Specialties Michele Lovehaug is a licensed clinical social worker providing mental health services to children and families. Michele uses primarily cognitive-behavioral and structural family therapy approaches to treat a wide range of issues including: anxiety, depression, abuse and neglect, grief and loss, children of divorce, step family issues and parenting difficulties. Michele also is experienced with providing therapy to individuals and couples struggling with infertility.
Clinical Training/Certification Michele completed her undergraduate work in social work from Concordia College, Moorhead. She received her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Minnesota and has obtained licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker in both Minnesota and North Dakota. She is also a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. Michele is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and RESOLVE.
