Carolyn Meske is a licensed marriage and family therapist and a licensed professional clinical counselor providing mental health services to individuals, couples and families. She serves both children and adults. Carolyn uses primarily a cognitive-behavioral approach from a systems perspective to treat a wide range of issues including: trauma and post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, phobias and panic disorders, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, grief and loss, relationship issues, divorce and step family issues and parenting difficulties. Carolyn is also extensively trained and experienced in working with crisis and trauma. She has conducted a number of critical incident stress debriefings following murders, suicides, war and terrorism or other traumatic events.
Professional Background
Carolyn completed her undergraduate work in Child Development and Family Science at North Dakota State University (NDSU). She received her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at NDSU and then obtained licensure for Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling. She has 18 years of experience and has served individuals, couples and families in Fargo, Moorhead and Grand Forks .
