- Are services covered through insurance?
SOLUTIONS, Inc. is a provider for most insurance carriers. To be certain, call your insurance company and check the specifics of your policy.
- How do I access services?
To set up an initial appointment, ask to speak with the intake worker. The intake worker will ask you for basic demographic and insurance information, and will also set up an appointment time.
- How long do I have to wait for an appointment?
We make every attempt to minimize wait times for initial appointments. In most cases, a therapy appointment can be set within a few days. Psychiatry wait times vary, but are likely longer.
- Do I need a referral for services?
Often times, services can be provided without a referral. Insurance policies vary, however, and to be certain you should check with your insurance company.
- Does SOLUTIONS, Inc. provide EAP services?
We have several EAP contracts and therapists with experience in this area.
