The Direct Service Professional is to provide high quality direct care and training for the support of individuals with behavioral, developmental, and/or mental health needs living in a 24-hour supervised community setting.  This is a direct care position, and part of an interdisciplinary treatment team, which develops comprehensive treatment plans and monitors program outcomes.  The position is designated to provide direct care and implement treatment strategies developed in the team process, with a focus on behavioral intervention.
