Andrew Hoerauf, MSW, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Andrew Hoerauf provides clinical supervision for Interns on the DBT rotation. He has degrees in social work and clinical social work from Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM) in Moorhead, MN and University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, respectively. His work experience has been primarily with the adult population, but he has also spent three years working with children and adolescents as a case manager in Minneapolis following graduating from MSUM. During graduate school, he interned at Fairview Hospital’s Partial Hospitalization Program, facilitating individual and group psychotherapy.
Mr. Hoerauf currently holds an LICSW in Minnesota and North Dakota. He works with adult and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, impulsivity, and mood concerns, as well as with couples. He specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy through Marsha Linehan's model, but also use Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing in his work with clients. to help his clients overcome their difficulties.
